The development goal of the seaport hub economic zone is to basically build a river-sea transshipment hub connecting the world and serving the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River by 2020, basically realizing the integrated development pattern of port, industry and city, and the port throughput will reach 260 million tons。
3、High-speed rail hub economic zone
